High Tea Set at Crowne Plaza Lobby Lounge
Throwback to the high tea set we had for 4 pax at the Crowne Plaza Lobby Lounge on 4 March. This afternoon high tea set for 2 pax cost around $48++. Reservation is required as they have a limited spaces. The Lounge was situated next to the hotel reception.
Savoury set: Crystal mushroom dumpling, Deep-fried yam dumping stuffed with roasted chicken, Steamed chilli crabmeat bun
Savoury Set: Croque monsieur, Scotch egg, Tomato and prosciutto bruschetta
Crepes suzette with mixed berries and brie cheese
Pretty desserts but a bit too sweet.
Pardon the blurred pic, we ordered additional truffles fries as we are really hungry.
The Strawberry and fresh vanilla custard tart is really nice!
I had some problem with reservation as I had emailed but there was no reply so I called and they mentioned the reservation had already been made by my name, hmm I was like ok?? The high tea is really worth it and the place is a child friendly place as they have toddler seat.
